The curriculum blends the exploration of conceptual and theoretical aspects and models of leadership in the context of present and past leaders.  Key concepts are uncovered in the online classroom including topics pertaining to: leadership within organizations, ethics, emotional intelligence, leading change, strategic communication, information leadership, organizational behavior and organizational leadership. Each seminar provides information and inspiration to prompt real change and growth as each student becomes more aware of individual leadership style and potential.
